These Terms of Service govern your use of the AyaKasir mobile application, web portal, online-store features, and related services provided by PT Petalytix Teknologi Indonesia. Please read them before creating an account or purchasing a subscription.

By creating an account, checking the consent box, accessing AyaKasir, or purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service and the AyaKasir Privacy Policy.
If you use AyaKasir on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement and must provide accurate, current, and complete account and business information. AyaKasir is intended for business owners and their authorized staff.
You are responsible for protecting your password, six-digit PIN, connected Google account, and staff access. Activity performed through your account is treated as authorized unless you promptly report suspected misuse to us.
AyaKasir provides business-management features such as cashier transactions, products, inventory, purchasing, customers, reports, subscriptions, and optional online-store integrations. Available features, quotas, branch capacity, and staff limits depend on the active plan shown at registration or checkout.
The Perintis plan remains available under its applicable limits. Paid-plan access follows the subscription period recorded in AyaKasir.
You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of the products, prices, taxes, promotions, inventory, customer records, transaction entries, receipts, and other business information entered into AyaKasir.
AyaKasir is a business-management tool and is not the seller of your products or services. Agreements, payments, fulfilment, refunds to your customers, and disputes between you and your customers remain your responsibility.
Paid subscriptions are offered for the monthly or yearly period and price displayed at checkout. Current checkout uses a one-time invoice through Xendit or another payment channel disclosed before payment. No automatic recurring charge applies unless you separately and explicitly approve one.
Paid features activate only after payment is successfully verified. Renewal, upgrade, and additional-branch charges follow the price, billing period, promotion, and prorated amount shown before you confirm payment.
A paid plan has a seven-day grace period after its recorded expiry date. If renewal is not completed by the end of that period, the organization may be downgraded to Perintis limits, non-primary branches may become unavailable, and paid features may be restricted.
Downgrade does not automatically delete stored business records. Access to records or features may remain subject to the limits of the effective plan.
You may choose not to renew a paid subscription. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, access continues until the applicable subscription period or grace period ends.
A paid subscription cannot be cancelled, and its payment is non-refundable, if at least one business transaction has been recorded in AyaKasir after the subscription payment was made.
If no business transaction has been recorded after payment, you may submit a cancellation or refund request to ayakasir@petalytix.id. Submission does not guarantee approval; we will review the payment status, account usage, promotion terms, payment-provider records, and applicable law. This clause does not limit any non-waivable rights or remedies required by Indonesian law.
Promo codes, free periods, discounts, and special offers may have eligibility, plan, period, quota, or expiry requirements. The final amount and benefits shown at checkout apply to that purchase.
Future prices or plan features may change with reasonable notice. A change will not retroactively alter a subscription period that has already been paid, unless required by law or agreed with you.
AyaNaon publication is optional. If you enable it, you authorize AyaKasir to send the selected business profile, location, menu, price, availability, logo, opening-hours, and ordering information needed to display your store.
You are responsible for keeping public listing information accurate and for communications or transactions conducted directly with visitors through WhatsApp or other merchant channels.
You must not use AyaKasir to:
AyaKasir relies on third-party services that may include Supabase, Google Sign-In, Xendit, WhatsApp, OpenStreetMap, and AyaNaon. Their availability and separate terms may affect particular features. We are not responsible for interruptions caused solely by a third-party service outside our reasonable control, but we will use reasonable efforts to restore affected AyaKasir functionality.
We may maintain, improve, replace, or discontinue features to protect security, comply with law, or improve the service. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes when practicable.
We may limit or suspend access when payment is overdue, account information is fraudulent, these terms are materially breached, the service is abused, or suspension is required to protect users, systems, or legal compliance.
Our collection, use, storage, and deletion of personal data are described in the AyaKasir Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having an appropriate lawful basis when entering personal data belonging to customers, staff, vendors, or other people into AyaKasir.
AyaKasir, its software, design, documentation, branding, and service content belong to PT Petalytix Teknologi Indonesia or its licensors. Your business data remains yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, synchronize, and display that data solely to operate the services you use.
AyaKasir is provided with reasonable care, but no system can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. You should review important business records and maintain exports or other backups appropriate to your business.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these terms from time to time and will publish the effective date on this page. Material changes will apply prospectively after reasonable notice, except when an immediate change is required by law or security needs.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The parties will first try to resolve a dispute in good faith through discussion; unresolved disputes may be submitted to the competent institution or court under applicable Indonesian law.
